Guess Spring Collection Sexy as Ever with Canuck Model Danielle Knudson

Guess girls are notoriously sexy; iconic sex symbols who have joined the Guess Girl ranks include Claudia Schiffer, Kate Upton, Anna Nicole Smith, and my personal favourite, Amber Heard (whose engagement to Johnny Depp was announced this week!) The Spring 2014 campaign of course features another stunner – Danielle Knudson, a proud Canadian hailing from Red Deer, Alberta.

The 24-year old model was super excited to work with the brand, saying that “GUESS is a timeless and sexy fashion powerhouse that I have always admired growing up. It is so surreal to have the opportunity to work with Paul Marciano and Yu Tsai,”. Shot in Laguna Beach, CA, Knudson channeled her chill-Canadian laid-back attitude and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, explaining, “Working with GUESS is just like hanging out with your family; everyone comes together and has a great time and the spring campaign captures just that.”

The collection stays true to the brand’s roots with a healthy dose of sexy denim pieces, like  cut-offs, jackets and jeans in a good mix of washes and finishes. Classic GUESS prints like playful gingham and polka dots are also incorporated into the collection, appearing on bustiers, dresses and button down shirts. A romantic, softer side of the collection is also showcased in pieces with eyelet, crochet, lace and floral details. For those less-ladylike types, theres still plenty of black, badass crop tops, bodysuits and leather looks.
